How does the API compare to MailerSend?+
Envello's request shape is deliberately simple: from, to, subject, html/text, cc, bcc, attachments. If you're using an HTTP-based email API today, switching to Envello is generally a straightforward endpoint and auth header change.
Does Envello support email templates?+
Envello recommends rendering templates in your application (React Email, MJML, your framework's template engine) and sending the final HTML via the API. This keeps your templates in version control and avoids lock-in to a provider's proprietary template system.
What about analytics and tracking?+
Every send produces delivery events (delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, complained) available via webhooks and the dashboard. Open and click tracking are opt-in per domain, and Envello documents the privacy trade-offs so you can make an informed choice.
